San Clemente Inn

Great hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. I still remember how the staff helped me with money exchange during my first stay. Highly recommend it!

The closeness to the beach and it is on the edge of San Clemente so in a more private area than other hotels in sc. In less than 1/4 mile you can walk down two different ways to the beach and you will be right on the walking/running/biking trail that parallels the whole beach.

You have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs...no elevator!

We came from Simi Valley and went to surf at Trestles for a few days. The San Clemente Inn was perfect. Close to everything we needed and wanted. Clean and comfortable room with nice facilities. We will for sure stay there again.

headboard of bed was a plastic thing screwed to the wall. Very poor quality.

When we came in from the beach we put the Dodger/Angel game on, all of the players were pink and green with a splash of red. When my daughter pulled a drawer out in the bathroom (she is 15) it came right out and landed on her foot. THe hotel seems fairly rundown and in need of some updating. Location is good though..we met friends who were camping.

Staff was terrific..Mgr and front desk could not be more accommodating.. loved our stay and will book again..

No elevator ... a bit of hassle climbing stairs for older folks

Our cozy room had great amenities, but the wifi was slow.

It was the best get a way place we've been to in a long time. Every thing is there,we didn't have to leave the property.The staff was awesome!!!

Main building, Game Room, Pool, Tennis Court were all excellent and recently updated. Location was perfect halfway between San Diego and L.A.

Our room was clean and comfortable but quite dated with old furniture and old appliances. They are in the process of updating.

I love the roominess of the suites. We had 6 in our group. 3 children and 3 adults, and all had a great place to sleep and play. The pool is great for families and the game room is great for entertaining. Adele's restaturant is casual and has a great variety of menu for all ages. Friendly staff. If you want to use the outside bar-b-ques, they are equipped with everything you need for a larger gathering of friends and family. Later at night local bands plays at Adele's so you don't need to go further to find entertainment.

The location couldn't be more great and unique to the shore. Besides, it was very close to San Clemente and the surrounding area, great restaurants and the San Clemente beach. The room was new-fashioned, which also was updated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had lovely views of the ocean.

The room we had overlooked a brushy ravine down to the sea and was filled with birds since San Clemente is a bird sancutary and we enjoyed their daily songs

The beautiful one-bedroom suite was spacious enough for our family with children. The heated pool was a big hit, and the game room offered mini-golf, air hockey, and more for our kids to enjoy. Plus, the friendly front desk staff. It's only about a mile from the beach.

Close to beach. On site restaurant had good breakfast menu, reasonable prices.

Noise from interstate. Noise from neighboring rooms came through walls.

Close to beach, 2 rooms, great rate.

Wireless internet was flaky, only "fix" was a "sorry" message at the reception. Walls were thin - one could hear neighbors talking at night.
